M4800 Num lock LED

Hello, I have this Precision M4800 and num lock LED is always on. When I turn num lock off, it only dim a little. I thought it was backlight from other LEDs in there, but when I removed the keyboard bezel I can see it. Has anyone seen this?
BIOS is the newest A19

How long have you had this 2013 Precision M4800? The default BIOS setting for NumLock is Enabled. Is this the first time that you noticed the dim NumLock LED? Are you saying that with a prior BIOS installed, the NumLock could go off rather than dim?

I have for few months. I don't think you understand me. The LED shines on 100% brightness when numlock is ON and like 75% when it is OFF. I thought it was light from other LEDs, but when I removed the bezel I can see it shines always. Only with lower brightness.

I have not tried older BIOS because when I get it, it has some booting problem. (Booted only once in a while) So first thing I did was BIOS update.

As a test, boot into the BIOS- System Configuration- Keyboard Illumination. Set it to Disabled. Save and Exit the BIOS. Does that do anything to the NumLock LED?

I don't have a backlit keyboard.

So your saying that option is NOT listed at all in the BIOS? We are trying to find out if disabling it has any effect on the NumLock LED.

It is listed, disabling didnt help.

But I found that if wireless LED is ON, Numlock LED is also ON (dimmed). So when wifi is off, numlock LED is working fine. And this is without the keyboard bezel, so it's not backlit from other LED.
