lap is turning off at 33% battery
i have a xps15 laptop. when it reaches 33% of battery it just turned off and i lost all my works and it is happening all the time right now. whats the reason for it and how to rectify it. please provide some solution.

Are there any signs of the laptop overheating? Did you try disabling the battery charging and check if the laptop shuts down while the AC Adapter is plugged in?

Also, please let me know the exact system model (XPS L501X, XPS L502X or XPS L521X).
