inspiron E1405 password change help!!

okay so before my computer starts it ask for a username and a password. i dont know how it got there but all i have to do is press enter and it opens up. but now i really want to put a password in it because my sister keeps using my computer without permission. so how can i change my password?

Are you talking about inside windows or before windows boots up.  If you are talking about windows, go to start->control panel and open up user accounts.  You can set up user accounts and protect them with passwords.
