How to reset password w/out disk
I cannot remember my password and the only disk I have is what came with the laptop and the reset configuration will not accept it. I need to fix this but I can't get past the login page-Help!

If you have lost or forgotten your password, and a password reset disk is not available, reinstalling the operating system is the only solution supported by Dell. For further help please click below:

Regarding operating system disc, please provide me the system service tag or the express code in a private message and let me check what best can be done.
