Horrible order xps13

After 30 days i have nothing and i have payed 12 300:-. I get no support, and they just promise. This was not what i was expecting. I hope you other people are lucky.

Please list exact Dell model number and version of windows. Example: Dell XPS 9360, windows 10

In the meantime, you're able to boot into window? The computer is brand new and you were able to register the system in the link below?

Also,

The computer is completely dead, no lights, no power ? Any additional information that you could provide would be a help to resolve the problem.
