help me please/ no bootable device

my screen says that and the it tells you to press f1 to rebot etc.

I have a inspiron b130
i hear no noise from hard drive
i have tried f12 and all
I really dont know what i am doing

The BIOS cannot find any device to boot from.  This typically means you've got a problem with your hard drive.
 
What laptop do you have?
 
When you power on the laptop, can you hear any noise from the hard drive?
 
Try pressing F12 when you power on the laptop and see if it will give you the boot menu.
 
Press F2 and see if it shows the hard drive information.

Go into setup (F2). Is there a hard drive detected? If yes, restart, press F12, load the Dell diagnostics and run a test.

If not, reseat the drive. If it's still not found, it's dead; replace the drive.
