Dell XPS 15 - Audio is only playing out of right side

I have a XPS 15 9560, and have a problem with the audio. Whenever I plug a device into the headphone jack, the audio will play out of the right and left ear, however the audio from the left ear is non-existent. I have looked at the audio levels, and have tried updating all the drivers, but I cannot figure out why the audio is primarily playing out of the right ear. I have tried multiple different devices into the audio jack, so I'm assuming the cause lies within the jack itself or a driver that I missed.

If I left any important details out, let me know.

Thanks for the help

I literally just had this resolved today. The only fix is to have an engineer come and completely replace your motherboard. From contacting Dell support on Twitter, confirming to them I had run all the relevant diagnostics and had latest drivers etc, to getting an engineer out to fix it - it took 3 weeks so not bad,

EDIT: Never mind, I misread the original post and thought this pertained to the built-in speakers while the headphones were working fine. I see that is not the case.
