reboot

F12

run Diagnostics on hard drive

I suspect your hard drive is going bad, so back up your data.

In a situation like that, it is hard to tell what might be wrong.  I would start with a system file check.

Open an admin command prompt and type sfc /scannow

When it finishes, let us know what it shows.

You might also try turning off Fast Startup while testing. (power options, "choose what power buttons do")
