DELL HAVE ANY SOFTWARE TO CONTROL BATTERY ?
hi everyone, do you know any dell software to control the charging of battery (auto charging when power lower than 15%, auto discharging when connect adapter while laptop is on, etc..).Thank you very much!

Thank you for the response. Did you update Dell Quickset on your computer?
May I know the system exact system model and the operating system installed on your computer. Please share the screenshot of the Battery Health Meter (both the tabs) so that I can check further.

Hi Khaphuc,
Unfortunately, there isn't a software that can control the charging of battery. The only software available is Dell Quickset. The software provides easy access to a number of functions that would normally require several steps. Some of the features include:

Hi Khaphuc,
To access the battery information, right click on the Battery icon -> choose 'Battery Health Meter' -> you may browse through the various tabs
If the option is missing, then you can install Dell Quickset on your computer. Click on the link http://dell.to/QjjZDA , type the service tag of the computer -> choose the operating system ->expand 'Application' ->download and install Quickset.

I just see two tabs, one is Battery status, one is Battery Health, in battery health, I just see only "order Battery online", hi^^

Hi Khaphuc,
Thank you for the response. The screenshot shows that the battery is performing normally. In case, the battery is reaching it end of usable life, you might see similar message as shown in the screenshot. The Quickset option vary from system to system.
