Dell 7567 Random Restart

Hi All,

I recently bought this laptop from day one on wards i'm facing this issue. I'm not understanding why dell is not providing a proper solution for it 

On top of it they removed the existing solution by disabling downgrade of bios

Restarting triggering when unplugged b/w 35 to 45% of battery

@Dell : Kindly help us on this asap
