CompleteCare Warranty Question: What is the definition of "Normal Wear?"

I am thinking of adding this onto my current warranty because I carry this laptop around with me everywhere at school and I realized that it's got a pretty big chance of breaking.  My friend got CompleteCare for college and it already paid for itself (and it's only been a month).  On the website, it says that drops, falls, and other collisions are covered.  But then it says "Normal Wear" is not covered.  So does that mean if your computer is dropped and the case cracks real bad but it still works, is it not covered?
