If removing the battery doesn't fix the LCD screen, I suggest reseating the Display / LCD cable to see if that will make any difference.

Hi qirschy1 :emotion-2:

Two blinking amber / orange and seven blinking white lights usually means an issue with the LCD screen. If you are comfortable opening the computer, I suggest removing battery by following steps below.

1. Power off system. Remove all peripherals, AC adapter, battery and then press "Power On " button for about 15 seconds to release Static Flea Power.

2. Replace the battery, adapter, power on system. Hopefully computer starts normally.

Please read service manual thoroughly in link below before attempting to opening the computer and removing battery.

If reseating LCD cable doesn't work, try reseating Ram / Memory to see if that will get the computer up and running again. Thanks for the update.

I removed the battery and reconnected the LCD cable but the led still flashes in the same pattern. I'm going to reconnect the LCD cable on the LCD screen side when I get the time
