XPS 8920 Updates

I received my XPS 8920 about 2 weeks ago.  Set it up, updated and away I went.  In 2 weeks time the PC has given me the blue screen "Getting Windows ready don't turn off your computer" 12 times.  I have only been able to use it twice in 14 days.  Why?  Because it doesn't go away until the next morning.  I turned it on this morning at 9 am.  I got the same message.  It is now 9:40 pm and it hasn't moved off the blue screen.  What the heck is going on?  Is this normal?  NONE of the other Dell computers I have purchased have done this.  I would like to use my new expensive PC.  Please help.
