Upgrade video for Studio XPS 435T/9000
The latest Windows 10 upgrade to my Studio XPS 435T/9000 has caused the video to not support all of the listed resolutions.
Given that my PC is aging and survived a Windows 10 upgrade from the original Vista, I would like to try upgrading my graphics card. There is a Radeon 5450 card listed in the Dell Accessories page. It has a PCI Express interface and the page says that it is compatible with the Studio XPS 43T/9000. It says nothing about Windows 10 support. Will this new card work with Windows 10 ?

I think Radeon 5450 cards were released around 2010. I'd think about going with something newer if for no other reason than so the GPU drivers/software are more up-to-date.
On original Power Supply (PSU) I've had a Sapphire Radeon HD 7850 and currently a EVGA GeForce GTX 970 SSC GAMING ACX 2.0+ (04G-P4-3975-KR) in mine. Not sure what your budget is.
BTW, CPU upgrades for the 435T are also inexpensive on places like ebay. See the Studio XPS 435T/ 9000 compatible processor list thread if you're interested. With an upgrade to a 3.46 GHz or so processor (4 or 6 cores) it's still a viable platform.

5450 is legacy but yes it works with 10 just fine. 6450 would be a better choice. Not sure what the budget is.

If you are gaming I would recommend a Zotac 1050TI

Seems other users have same issue. Some resolved this by rolling back or picking the driver to use. See here and here.
