upgrade BIOS with incompatible processor detected?

Is there any way I can upgrade BIOS that won't let me access due to Incompatible processor detected?

Phoenix ROM BIOS PLUS v.1.10 A02
Dell DM051 Series
BIOS V. A02.

System halted:
Alert! Incompatible processor detected.

I got a D E510 and the board died so I bought one from ebay but the one on ebay give me the error above message.  I believe it's the BIOS and it need to be updated the the latest (A07) but I cannot do that without be able to access my dos or windows environment.  Is there a way I can update this without trying to find a compatible CPU?  Can I just pull the BIOS from my old one and plug this into the new board I just got?  TIA.

BIOS is stored on a chip soldered onto the motherboard so you just can't unplug something and connect it to the new board.

What version of BIOS was flashed on the old board?

So I just borrow my brother CPU P4 and it boot fine, I then update the BIOS to A04, now it does not boot any more, it gave the same error as Petium Dual Core:
System Halt: incompatible processor detected

Should I call Dell to explain why after update, MB failed to recognize CPU?

You can try contacting Tech Support, but they may not do anything for you since you bought this motherboard on ebay.
