Unable to Find Boot Partition

I have a Dell XPS 8900 i7-6700K CPU @ 4.0 Ghz, 16GB RAM(8gb x 2), 1.8 Tb HD. I think there is a 32 Gb SSD that acts as a Cache?

I been having intermittent Boot issues. Getting Unable to Find Boot Partition. Used Windows 10 USB and have been able to get system back up doing a Restore Point Recovery.

I've run both BIOS and Dell Diagnostics with no errors. I am just out of one year warranty.

I've updated the BIOS to current version.

I am going to make a Windows 10 Media and USB Recovery drive.

I am thinking I am having a short in Motherboard, or possible the SSD?

Appreciate any Community input on Next Steps Or what I should do regarding this No Boot Partition issue.

Next Steps:

Make Windows 10 Media Install and USB Recovery drive

Hardware Modifications:

PCI-E card with M2.2280 X4

Cosair MP500 240 GB SSD

Cyrorig H7 Tower Cooler for CPU

Noctua NF-A9 FLX 92mm Case Fan 3/4 pin power

Upgrade Video Card to 1070 eventually

Regards,

Lux
