SATA to Motherboard Cable for Dell OptiPlex 960 MT
I want to connect a SATA HDD that crashed to the motherboard on my OptiPlex (with new SSD) to continue my odyssey to recover the HDDs data. What SATA cable do I use?

You'll need 24 inch cables with one end having a right angle connector. No need to spend extra money on a Dell OEM SATA cable. It's just a SATA cable. You just need to make sure it has one end with a right angle. You can get these on ebay for probably $4-5 or less. I just bought three 24" SATA right angle cables on ebay last week for my Opti 760 MT machines for less than $7 total (but that seller is out of stock). Much less if you buy from a China based seller and don't mind waiting for it to arrive.
Make sure you only buy from a seller that shows a pic of the connectors close up so you are sure to buy cables with the connector key on the proper side. This is important for your box. I made this mistake once.
