RAM in old Inspirion 620 i3-2100 3,10GHz

Hi.

I often see that the recommended and specified RAM its not the actual size you can use. 

I have an old Inspirion 620 i3-2100 3,10GHz. The spec say DDR3 6GB, PC3-10600 1333MHz.

Do anyone know how much RAM you really can use?
