PCI Express/AGP
I am putting together a CAD PC. I was told that Dell is shipping only PCI Express graphics cards but the programs I need to use have approved only AGP cards. They typically run several months behind in "certifying" graphics cards.
Is there a CAD specific PCI card?
Can a certified AGP card be used in a PCI port?

You may still be able to find a refurbished 4600 or 8300 system that has AGP video - otherwise, you will likely have to look elsewhere.
