PC Hangs/Freeze
My Dell system Likes to hang sometime for about a minute and then com back to life. Also I leave it on 24/7 and at times it likes to freeze up overnight (mostly when i leave it connected to the internet, using dial-up) is this a common error with Dell Dimension 8200, does anyone know a thing i could do to try and fix this. Or is it probably a software thing. Thanks for any help

Hi
No, It is very uncommon with the 8200.
Mine is almost 7 months old, never froze or crashed.
I always shutdown my computer if I'm not going to be using it in the next couple hours.
I never use hibernate or standby.
I don't run screen savers, I keep items in startup to the very minimum and disable all unneeded services.
