Optiplex GX620 wont pass hardware check

I switch the BIOS battery and now when I turn on computer he starting to check hardware and there it stops, not to go further, see the first image below. When I try to pres F2 or F12 after DELL logo and nothing happens (after F2 same thing like on first image, after F12 like on second image).

I try to clear CMOS, replaced power unit, I get it out memory moduls and leave only one, unplug the hard disk and cd-rom, pull out mouse cable, try different keyboards and same think is happens. There is no graphic card, only graphic on motherboard. When he stops on hardware check keyboard lights on and when I press some key the lights turn off.

Does anyone know where the problem is?

The CMOS Battery is bad and needs to be replaced at a minimum.

Given the age the hard drive is likely dead as well.  Disconnect hard drive data cable and it should fail with bad hard drive rather than crash to blinking cursor.

No its not the same thing.   Your hard drive is bad.   You need to reinstall from scratch on a non broken hard drive.   There are no SOFT Fixes for physically bad hard drive.

You could actually F12  live boot this system with a live linux dvd.

You system posts and then crashes to a blinking cursor on the bad drive.

You did not turn off and disconnect the data cable from the hard drive.

When it says Auto IDE config the battery was removed.

Systems this old will not boot newer Windows DVD's  but will F12 boot XP CD's

You have to install XP then install the latest bios then upgrade the firmware on the IDE DVD drive.

Then Set the Region Code to 1 for USA.   I still own a few of these and after all the firmware updates the machines will run MSDOS all the way thru Windows 10.   The dell forum is not remote diagnostics and endless questions however.

USB keyboards on these models will lock up if you press too fast or too many times.  The way around this is to cycle between F2 and F12 over and over again until it gets into bios.

All drives if using IDE only MUST BE SET to cable Select.

AND if you are using IDE hard drives YOU MUST USE 80 wire cables.

The GX620 only comes with 40 wire IDE cables.

If you have master/slave mixed with cable select this is an unrecoverable damaging error.

You cannot have SATA and IDE drive 0.  You can have one or the other but not both.

I think that isn't hard drive because same thing is happening when I replace the hard drive (and SATA and IDE ones). And when I press F2 for BIOS and F12 for boot menu nothing happens. When I put live system cd end press F12 nothing happens, same thing like on picture 2 above. I have not seen the motherboard so far that it will not enter in the BIOS. And when there is no hard disk connect, the motherboard should go into the BIOS.

How to I install anything when I can not enter in BIOS or boot menu to setup the cd rom or USB like 1st boot device?
