OptiPlex 3050 Micro issue with Samsung 850 EVO M.2?

Is OptiPlex 3050 Micro has compatibility issue with other M.2 SSD? I tried installing Samsung 850 EVO M.2, but it can't be detected. I've checked the bios and it says {Empty} on System Information. I've checked System Configuration->Drives and both SATA-0 and M.2 PCIe SSD-0 are checked. I've also updated to latest BIOS ver 1.5.4 but to no avail. What did I miss? What seems to be the issue? Why it cant be detected?
