One of dual monitor keeps flashing on Dell Optiplex 3050.
We have recently replaced our office environment from old dell Optiplex 790 to latest Dell Optiplex 3050.
Post replacing systems, cupole of systems one of monitors keeps flashing off and on as we are using dual screen. We contacted dell and they suggested to upgrade bios to latest version, after upgrading bios issue got resolved except one system, which is making me really crazy, I did upgrade bios, display driver, chipset driver and continuously in touch with dell tech team. But issue is still persists, any suggestions and solutions in this regard will be highly appreciated....

You do not mention the monitor models or how they are connecting to the 3050 using what cabling?
On that one system, swap the monitors and ports used on the 3050. Does the issue follow the monitor or stay with the port used on the 3050? Then test two different monitors.

Thanks for your response..
It doesn't matter which make monitor do I use, I replaced both monitors with another one.
Although issue still persists..I am using dell display andaptor cable for dual display one end connect at display port and another port connects second monitor, as I mentioned there is no issue in 11 systems which I replaced, thus everything is fine on ground. But crazy part is I am stuck with this pc only
.and one more thing that only one monitor flicker which I m using via cable.

If multiple monitors have the same issue, then the monitors are not at fault. It has to the 3050 drivers or the adapter.

I logged call with dell for almost week ago and they were unable to fix after 1 week tshoot. Since end user was suffering from this, thus I had to arrange same model system for this issue and this machine is working fine, so I had to move impacted system to where I am using single display....so it's kind of resolved...

you have any cellphones or walkey talkies near the PC?
we have had a ton of ours randomly flashing/disconnecting....traced it to cell phones a W.T's being too close to the PC-- apparently our 5040's cant handle the "interference" from these devices...although every other computer before never was an issue...
