Need help finding XP reboot disk

I need to reboot XP and a friend of mine told me that Dell only had it available through their website. I've looked for about 20 minutes with no luck. So I've turned here to hopefully find the answers. I have a Dimension 4700 and I bought it somewhere around early 2005.
