Manual and any help with Dell 80286 "System 200" (one of the First dell Desktops)

I have a immaculate Dell System 200 (Old legacy 80286 system).  I have had for years and when tried it  yesterday its stopped detecting the hard drive but will boot from a floppy.  Then this morning when I turn it on I get a 4-2-3 bios beep codes and a blank screen.  Ive checked all connections and reseated all ISA cards but still I get these beeps from the bios.  I was looking in support to find a manual in the support section but even though I found it under legacy systems the manual is not there, just a email address link that don't work.

Can anyone help me diagnose what this could be and maybe help with a manual.

Thank you for the reply SpeedStep, I was hoping there was maybe some old service manual kicking around.  I do repair vintage PC's and could solder in a new component if I was able to find the faulty item.  When I first got turned it on years ago it blew a few tantalum capacitors but has been working great ever since until now.  It has something to do with the keyboard interface & gate A20 I am told if only I knew a bit more.  Be a real shame scrap it now.  Thanks anyway..

You could try Chat on Dell Support to see if they have paper manual(s) for it or any other diagnostic info.  Likely a long shot, but...

Or try contacting person on this post who seems to have a Dell System 200 (286 12mhz), unless that's you.  ;)

FWIW, I believe the System 200 was reviewed in the March 1988 edition of Personal Computer World, according this site (search for "System 200").
