Inspiron 620 can I change the bios from legacy to UEFI
I need to know if it is possible on this machine to change bios to UEFI and secure boot. If so, some instructions on how to do it would be appreciated.

There is no such thing as changing Inspiron 620 Version A04, 11/21/2011 Class 0 windows 7 bios to Class 2.3.1 Windows 8 UEFI Secure boot bios.

The 2011 Inspiron 620 was never sold with UEFI Secure Boot nor supported with Windows 10 which needs it...

The BIOS was never intended to do this. The only possibility would be if someone actually created a non-Dell customized BIOS.
