Inspiron 27 7775
I purchased a DELL Inspiron 27 7775 online from DELL and it was delivered to me here in Australia on 26 September 2017.
First off I had trouble finding the "dongle" plug in to operate the keyboard & mouse but eventually found it squashed into the cardboard packaging.
To date (17/10/2017) the DELL Inspiron 27 7775 has been practically unusable due to a faulty Wi-Fi Card.
That means download speeds are averaging between 2 - 3 Mbps and upload speed 1-2 Mbps and that is where the "practically unusable" comes in, because I cannot download the full security suite I use, therefore I cannot transfer data from my old ASUS aio to this new DELL Inspiron 27 7775 desktop pc.
I am not completely tech stupid so I ran every test on my equipment first and placed my old ASUS aio in the same position as this DELL Inspiron 27 7775 and was able to get between 40 - 43 Mbps and the same speed with a TOSHIBA laptop.
From that I was able to ascertain the problem was not with any of my equipment.
So then I went to DELL Support 10/10/2017 via email ......... the time lapse here (26/9/2017 - 10/10/2017) is due to the tests I ran and because I have terminal cancer and this coincided with my hospital visits.
Here I am now waiting for a DELL Support to email me and tell me when a DELL technician will phone me to arrange a time to repair my DELL Inspiron 27 7775 desktop all in one computer.
That's after DELL asked for not only all my details (that were readily provided when I purchased the DELL Inspiron 27 775 but also when I signed up with the DELL Community), including alternative phone number, but also details of a third party and phone number + alternative phone number which I have very, very reluctantly given just to try and get this DELL Inspiron 27 7775 operating to the specifications advertised.
I have learnt 2 things from this ordeal :
1. Don't buy a DELL product online.
2. Don't buy a DELL product.
I would like a full refund from DELL for a faulty product.
Any idea what the chance of that is ?

In the US, you can return a defective system within 30 days of purchase -- contact Dell customer support by phone immediately in your location to find out whether a return/refund is still possible.
