I NEED HELP WITH MY VIDEO CARD!!

I have been having trouble because I have lost the red color in my video.  Chris from Monitors told me to go here and seek help with my video card.  My monitor is fine. I have a Dimension 4550 with a Rage 128 Pro Ultra GL AGP video card.  My printer cable looks good as well.  I have the thread copied if you need to see it.
