I have t5500 pc and I have problem
I have t5500 pc and I have 4 problems
1- 1 cpu only work but I have 2 prossers in the pc with same value
2- Error message-"The amount of system memory has changed."
3- pc did not read GeForce gtx 1050 ti NVidia company video card and cant install the driver
4- the last problem is that the hard driver that the task manger show me that he usage 100% of the hard desk and I don't

Recent similar problems with the 2nd CPU on the riser in a T5500 here:

Read that thread for some suggestions. I told that user to swap the CPUs between the riser and mainboard. After doing that, he concluded that CPU2 was defective...
Your screenshot says 56 GB of RAM installed. If that's the actual amount you have, that's not a supported config with a dual CPU system. With dual CPUs, the T5500 supports, 48, 64 or 72 GB. If you actually have a supported amount of RAM installed, then either a module(s) has failed or it's not seated correctly in its slot. yes mr RoHe .... after checking your point about amount of ram - i have solve all 3 problem and updated the O.S to lasted update and it work now and the gpu has been updated but i think i make some thing wrong again cus the game i use still not work good - www.youtube.com/watch - i will wait your replay
