How do I bypass, Press F1 to continue, message on Optiplex 3010?
Whenever I boot my Optiplex 3010 desktop, it sticks at "Press F1 to continue press F2 to setup". The "Power button cable failure" alert is there, but my power button is working fine.

You could try to clear the BIOS see if it goes away.

Were you in the Optiplex 3010 chassis prior to this alert appearing?
Have you disconnected and reconnected both ends of the power switch cable?
Try replacing the power switch cable with one from any Optiplex 3010/390/ 7010/790/9010/990.

F1 to continue indicates a physical hardware error such as FRONT PANEL CABLE NOT DETECTED. This cannot be bypassed.

I have another pc with same model. I tried to exchange the power socket cable also from that pc. But no luck.....
As we are using this PC as a Scalabilty server and mostly used by remotely only, so we have not connected mouse keyboard to it. But every time when it restarts we have to go there and plug keyboard and press F1.......

These are both PHYSICAL hardware Errors. There is no bypass. If you do not clear the error then you MUST press F1 to continue every time. PS2 mouse port should be disabled in bios if there is not one attached. USB Mouse can be simulated by a mouse wiggler.
