Dell XPS 18 audio

I get 

The Maxx Audio Installer (x64) has been removed because it not usable with the recent version of Windows. More info

I also found another post that said to uninstall and reinstall drivers but not sure how to do that.

I cant find anything under control panel remove programs to even start
