Dell Vostro 420 Turns on fine, but doesn't seem to boot?

Hey guys,

Looking for some help with a an old Dell Vostro 420.

So I went to turn it on today, and it seemed to boot up fine, blue light and all, fans kicked in fine, but then I noticed that the 2 beeps that play at the start sequence didn't play and that nothing appeared on the screen.

To fix the issue, I've tried turning it off and on and again, unplugging the power cable at the back, even cleaned out inside of dust and all the components, however still no luck.

Does anyone have any suggestions for getting it to work? If so please let me know. Thanks in advance!
