Dell Optiplex 390 - Running Windows 10 Pro - Network Issue
Upgraded an old Optiplex 390 to Windows 10 Pro. More accurate is purchased this computer second hand, and someone upgraded to windows 10 pro. However, it had critical error every time it booted. So reloaded Windows 10 Pro, and it works correctly. However, can not get the ethernet to work. I've tried disabling (then enable), tried deleting & rebooting, tried downloading drivers from internet. But nothing. It's using a Realtek. Any suggestions? Thanks

JBROOKS92,
Unfortunately, Windows 10 is not supported by Dell on this system. This means that Dell has not created any Windows 10 drivers for the hardware. If no Windows 10 drivers are installed the hardware may not work properly.

Did you download the latest Windows 7 drivers for the REaltek card? Are there Windows 8 drivers for it? I would grab the Windows 8 drivers if they are available.
There's always the option of going wireless with a USB NIC or adding a NIC into a PCI slot.
