Hello
I want to know what all upgrades can be done to the Dell Desktop - Dell Inspiron 620s? i want to upgrade the CPU to the latest hardware. please suggest me some.

This is essentially an appliance - the small case and proprietary components inside mean that just about nothing is upgradeable.
If you're still running a conventional hard drive, the single biggest performance boost is to replace it with a solid state drive. Anything other than that: buy a new system.
