Dell inspiron 2330 boot problems
My AIO 2330 starts for about 2 seconds then stops and repeats that once and again (you can hear the fan starting and stopping). Turn it off and it repeats that when I turn it on. The only way that I found to go around that is to turn it off, then remove the memory cards while powered off, reinsert them and power the computer on. The computer starts up just fine, but if I power it off again, it malfunctions again. Since I have exhausted my limited knowledge to diagnose the AIO, I badly need some help. Is there something wrong with the BIOS? Is the motherboard malfunctioning? are the memory card malfunctioning? I would greatly appreciate any help to fix this.

When was last time you replaced the motherboard battery? I'd start there.
Probably a CR2032 3-volt coin cell, ~$2 at discount stores. Follow instructions in the manual to remove/replace it:

Does motherboard beep if you try to boot with no RAM modules installed?
Do you have the same issue if you only insert one RAM module at a time in DIMM 0, the slot furthest from the CPU? Try each of them alone in that slot, if changing the battery doesn't help.

Thank you for the suggestions. I replaced the battery and it did not work, but the removal of the RAM in the slot closer to the CPU, leaving the RAM in DIMM 0 worked just fine, however, it did not last, because the next time I restarted the computer the problem was there again. Basically, I have to perform the same procedure if I want to use the computer. Regarding the question about the motherboard, it does beep with no RAMs installed. I wonder where the problem is, RAMs, Motherboard or power supply. I just don want to expend money buying a part that it's not going to fix anything.

Sure the new battery is good and installed correctly?
When it fails to boot, does it keep starting and stopping forever or does it give up after a few attempts?
If you're using a power strip, surge protector, or UPS, try removing them and connecting PC directly to a known good outlet.
Do both RAM modules have the same problem when either of them is in DIMM0, and DIMM1 empty?
What happens with either RAM module in DIMM1, and DIMM0 empty?
You can put both RAM modules in, get it to boot and go here to run the full diagnostics. See if it can find anything:
