Dell 3647 random reboots
i have a dell 3647. Started having issues with it locking up, no bsod, still displaying on the screen. Would require reboot and would work again.
This was random and also had some screen flicker so replaced the graphics card with approved one for 3647.
Still having same issue, and also system would reboot randomly, so replaced the power supply.
No luck same issue still persists, so replaced the hard drive and did fresh install of windows.
Still having the same issue I replaced motherboard yesterday. and this morning while working with it same thing, just complete shutoff, no bsod or warning, and hangs on dell logo until i manually press the power button. reboots fine and is working again.
I have run a memory test with no errors. checked that fans and temp of cpu are within range. cpu fan report 900-1200 rpm, cpu 24c, max 68c gpu reports 25-31c.
After replacing what I have should have a new pc, but issue still persists. About ready to toss in the trash. Any Ideas?

What version of Windows? Did you recently update to Win 10 Fall Creators Update, or recently update any other software or drivers?
You swapped motherboards, but do you know the new one works?
Are you using the same battery from the old motherboard or did the new board come with a known fresh battery?
Are you always using the same app when it crashes?
Have you looked in Windows Event Viewer around the time of a crash to see if any error messages are logged that might be helpful?
Scanned *thoroughly* for malware recently?
You may need to strip it down to bare essentials by removing all PCI cards except video, disconnecting all drives except boot drive, and removing all RAM modules except the one in slot 1. Then remove motherboard battery and press/hold power button for ~30 sec, before reinstalling the battery.
See if it crashes now. If not, add back one device at a time and do the "battery thing" and run it for a while to see if you can isolate the component causing the crashes.

windows 10 fall creator update. had issue prior to fall update. new unused motherboard. no pcicards ,just video card, hard drive, dvd drive,& 9 in 1 card reader. new motherboard, ssd hd, power supply. crashes happen randomly. Fresh install of windows, had issue before and after fresh install. also no bsod, just complete reboot out of the blue, reboot sticks on dell logo, have to hill power with power button then turn on again with power button.

Did you strip it down to bare essentials?
Did you try RAM in only one slot...?
What happens if you boot in Safe Mode and run it for a while?
Is Secure Boot on/off in BIOS setup?
Did you check Event Viewer for error messages?
Any signs of overheating? Are all fans working? Did you apply thermal paste when you transferred the CPU to the new mobo? And just because the board is new, doesn't mean the battery is fresh.

Yes, bare essentials
No, i have not tried ram in 1 slot
Not tried safe mode but happened before and after fresh os install.
Yes on secure boot mode
Nothing in event viewer other than the log about the improper shutdown
No overheating, all fans proper, yes on thermal paste and cpu is running cool.
