Can't Find Your Camera

I have an Inspiron 24-5459 operating on Windows 10 1703 fully updated.  I have a problem when trying to use my built in camera.  The Camera App and Skype will both briefly find the camera and then lose it with a flickering set of screens that eventually stabilise to say "Can't Find Your Camera".  It gives an error code of 0xA00f4243 (0xC00D3704).  I have searched on the web and found many answers suggesting I reset the Camera App (Done), make sure I allow the camera to access all Apps (Done) and few suggesting that I edit the registry (NOT Done as not confident to do so).  Those I have tried have not solved the problem.  Does anyone have any ideas to solve the problem?

Thanks, Nick

Thanks for the suggestion and link.  I followed the Microsoft instructions on uninstalling the driver and reinstalling it.  The Camera now works.
