Can i install a graphics card on a Dell 760 SFF?

So is it possible to install a GPU? I  mainly use my pc for work and low-Mid end gaming, games are running ok but i decided to see if its actually possible to upgrade, i don't know much about how this stuff works but as far as my knowledge goes the pc has 1 PCI slot (that's where it goes right?) and i know that it has to be a low power consumption Gpu.

Technically yes.  The SFF has a 1 PCI slot and 1 PCI Express slot which would hold the graphics card.  The issue you will run into is the power requirements of the graphics card cannot exceed the PSU availability.  You will also need to find a low riser graphics card.

Yes.  ASUS silent EAH 5450 or EAH 6450 works fine.   USFF however is not an option as it has ZERO slots.

Ohh yes that was the answer I was hoping for, okay so I need a low consumption GPU, so basically I need something below the PSU ability.I opened the Pc and I red the Sticker that is on the PSU (idk if this is the one but anyways) , it says Input: 100-240V  50-60hz.So basically i have to install something below 240V right?

It should give you a wattage.  Like 220W or 300W.  Most SFF would be around 220W if I remember correctly.

The card I recommended has TDP of 27W.  Dell rates the slot at 25w for DT and SFF. The ASUS EAH5450 and 6450 work fine.

The GX280 SFF in the video also works fine with this card.

Retail versions of the ASUS card come with full size and Low profile brackets to fit all models EXCEPT USFF which has ZERO slots.
