19-in-1 Reader may cause problem. There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive\Device\Harddisk6\DR6

I recently had to do a full restore on my XPS420 due to a Bluetooth and 19-in-1 Smart Card Reader failures.

After restoring the computer I installed all necessary software (network, printers, updated Bluetooth software, etc).

I then installed a number of PDF Conversion programs.

I tried to use an SD Card, but the 19-in-1 Smart Card Reader failed to work. So I updated the 19-in-1 Smart Card Reader software.

I installed a database program titled MemberTies Pro.  After installation I had numerous errors:

There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive\Device\Harddisk6\DR6

There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive\Device\Harddisk7\DR7

There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive\Device\Harddisk7\DR13

Fortunately MYRRO tech support was there for me.  After many hours of troubleshooting we searched the web for this error “There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive\Device\Harddisk7\DR7”.  I found one instance where they had trouble with their 19-in-1 readers.  They said to disable them and it would work.  It did, as long as ALL Card USB Devices are disabled.  Now to find the real problem and that is where I need a lot of help.
