Won't boot up after reset
I factory reset my Alienware alpha and now it won't boot up. It goes to the logo then there is just a spinning circle at the bottom. I let it run for an hour and nothing happened. What do I do?

Hi ,
Enter the BIOS (F2) and hit F9 to load defaults, then F10 to save and reset.
Let me know how it goes.

No, I tried doing that and nothing happened. It just keeps spinning and there is no Alienware logo anymore on the screen.

Ok, enter the BIOS and make sure the secure boot option is disabled. SATA mode: UEFI and Boot mode: AHCI.

I am unable to enter the bios. I tried pressing f2 and nothing happened. I've also tried turning it off and on and the same thing keeps happening.

Since when are you not able to enter the Bios?, you did tell me that you tried the F9 option correct?
Try a power drain: unplug every external device from the system (including the AC power connector) and hold the power button for a round a minute to drain all the power out.

I did this and now a window is appearing randomly saying it installing windows but it's not going past 64% and it's been on for about half an hour. Here is a video of what is going on. November 15, 2017 - YouTube

Well, looks like you'll need to perform a clean installation of Windows.
