unable to restore x51 r2 to factory settings

had corrupted account so was unable to d/l any PDF. finally got around to attempt a factory restore.......used disc that I got from dell and am unable to restore. now pc will not boot up, but stuck in some loop, unable to configure settings......I need some help here, thank you.
