Trouble shooting tip for Alienware 17 R4 Laptop

The other night I had the flashing heads of death error (two red flashes and one blue) when attempting to turn on my laptop.  After a quick call to support the unplug and hold power down for 20 seconds technique resolved the problem.  So just thought I'd post this up in case anyone else has the same issue.
