Tracking number issues?
I was supposed to receive an updated tracking number 2 days ago (as per 2 chats with Dell support) and it is still invalid. I paid for expedited shipping and the billing address on my invoice was different than the one I provided. I am concerned that my new 15R3 will end up in a different state. Is there a way to obtain an updated tracking number? The estimated delivery window ends on Monday and there is still no tracking information...
