so how can i send pm to alienware moderator?
i know it would be bit weird or stupid question, i don't really know well about this forum system.
i have an issue with installing oc control, recently purchased aurora r6.
basically i got notification from the software stating that the system is not compatible with current software version.
i left a question on the forum here and moderator saw my thread and left a message that he needed to have my service tag number via pm to resolve an issue..
the problem is apparently he needed to follow me first, and then i am able to send him pm.
which he didn't.. so i started to follow him, but still i can't pm him.
i replied on his answer but he still hasn't contacted me or answered on my reply.
is there anyway i can directly contact tech support via email? or something else.

yes. one of the Flows on this Board. usually they Follow you before they request the Service Tag via PM, but sometimes they forget to click on the Follow Button. i'm sure they will see this Thread and fix the Problem as soon as they can.
it's not just that. everytime i post an external Link it needs to be approved by Mods. i could ask a Mod but i have only two of them on my Follower list and i don't want to bother the same People over and over again.

It's not a stupid question, it's a verry good question!
I wanted to ask a moderator how I can get my custom avatar approved. But I thought it would be awkward to make a topic just to ask this, so I wanted to send one of them a PM, but I couldn't figure out how. But I thought it would be awkward to make a topic just to ask ...
A vicious circle.
This whole follow, like and # thing is new to me, the closest I get to Social Media is when I open my Steam friendlist. No forum for old men I think

you are right Guys. i remember my Reaction when Tesla1856 told me about it. i couldn't believe it. i also freaked out in one of the older Threads because of the whole Link Approval Stuff. too bad i don't remember where it was. ended up being somewhat funny.

Hey I am having several issues with my Alienware and installing the software. Somewhere along the line something got corrupt and I too need an image to fix it. The problem is I need it ASAP because it is also my Work PC and I need it for work.
