R7 resetting/crashing after coming out of sleep
It seems my R7 crashes/resets pretty often. There is no on-screen error, it just goes black and restarts.
And after using it for a while I _believe_ it is happening after coming out of sleep. Usually after a few seconds to a minute I will just hear the power supply click off and then the PC restarts. Otherwise, on a cold start it seems to work fine - I can do video encoding, run games, productivity stuff, etc. I even swapped out the RAM to a set with a different speed to see if there was some weird timing thing but the same issue occurs. I ran the short and long tests using the Dell tool and everything is passing.
Anyone else seeing this? Any pointers on how to further troubleshoot this?

Hi ,
Make sure the Bios is up to date, as well as the video driver (you can try a different driver version).
You can also check your power setting options.

Thanks for your response, ?
Yes, I'm on the current BIOS and latest drivers from Windows Update - should I be pulling the latest ones from the Dell site or NVidia?
What would I be checking in power setting options?

Try our video driver first (since those are the validated ones) and then if the issue persists, try the one from the Nvidia site.
In power options, you can check the sleep settings.
