Nvidia

Hi, I bought my Alienware 17 laptop in 2014. I have a question about #Nvidia and it will sound pretty silly.. but, I think I deleted it (because of problems.. or is it 'unfindable' on system, as not in 'programs') and want to get it back? Or is it better off gone, if so?

Obviously it's not under warranty anymore though is there some way I can fix this / find it on my system? (Intel #Graphics / Properties work fine, just was sure I remembered deleting it and don't know enough about it).

TIA,

Sasha

Hi Alienware-Eimy‌ It's a Radeon is it possible I had 2? Nvidia and Radeon? As I saw that dell use Nvidia as 'default' but I did buy my laptop from JB Hi Fi.  I don't have more details on the Radeon as my computer now has another problem, connected to the AlienRespawn.  As my computer is running extremely slow etc and in the Support Assist it isn't showing 'video' details like it did yesterday, I figure as the problem following is running.

I haven't used any of these (+ Support Assist) much if at all.. and I decided to the other day.  With Respawn I cannot remember what the message was but something like 'we noticed you're missing some ________" and so I clicked and it's been downloading / updating ever since (at 41% after 19:30 hrs & 10 hrs to go currently) and running really laggy for everything else.

I will include a screenshot. Also in Support Assist now it's showing I have only 42 gb left of memory, (< update.. it now has over 300 gb again) it wasn't there yesterday, could Alienware be creating a partition or something as I don't want that.

nb: update it currently shows 44% and last I checked it stated about 4hrs to go.. now it does not even show 'time remaining'

nb: update II: It finished doing whatever it was doing, then I clicked 'finish', it then brought up an Install Wizard Window and asked me if I wanted to remove it..? I clicked 'ok' cause I

just thought it was AlienRespawn deleting something unnecessary but after rebooting it seems to have deleted respawn altogether.. very confusing. It did have 'error' alongside 'creating the base image' and the same - across from 'updating the system' when it did finally finish..

Screenshot of AlienRespawn about 1/2 hr ago.

Send me a private message with the service tag so I can check what video card the system has.

In the mean time, it will be better if you run a system restore back to a day before all this started, here you can see how to do it:
