My aurora r4 alx will power itself on and off every few seconds. What could be the cause and how would I go about fixing it?

My aurora r4 alx will power itself on and off for a few seconds over and over again and only unplugging it entirely stops it from happening. What could be the cause and how would I go about fixing it?
