My Alienware M17 randomly shuts down. Technician tested and can't find any issues. What can it be? Any pointers as to how I can prevent it from happening?

my first Question is: does it happen with Power Supply plugged in, on Battery or in both Cases?

we can start by running the EPSA Test. turn on your Laptop and Press F12 Button, then choose the Test from the Menu. it might take a While. tell us if it shows some Errors.

but how is it possible that the Tech could not find anything? was he new and inexperienced or what? was it Dell Tech or just Random one?
