My 15r3 is running 2k18 really slow????

I updated my Windows software and it deleted all my NVDIA drivers, I redownloaded them but my computer is still really slow when running 2k, I have to play it at 1/3 of the resoultion and on medium graphics for a decent speed. I played 2k on it before I updated it and it was high resolution and incredibly fast please help. 

Some Possibly Important facts: 

- GeForce recognized all of my games except 2k18

- I had something else NVDIA installed before but now its gone and I cant find it, but when I would open the NVDIA app it would display a 3d NVDIA logo rotating 

- I restarted my computer several times
