MUI keyboard for alienware laptop?

After quite a journey ordering an Alienware 13 R3 CTO with a MUI keyboard and having to return it because one with an English was sent, I was told that "Alienware 13 R3 CTO" is not available with MUI keyboard.

I have an Alienware 13 (from 2014) with a MUI keyboard so this was news to me.

Anyone here knows if this is true? Because I would love to reorder the Alienware with the MUI keyboard, but if not then I will look somewhere else.
